Yesterday we went to the zoo with our friends the Davis', and I must say, we had a grand time! The threat of rain and gloomy weather loomed over us, but the sun prevailed and the weather was absolutely beautiful. We could not have asked for a more perfect day.
Since we had so many pictures to upload, I made a montage out of it. These are such precious memories with friends in the same phase of life. Dan and Hugh work together, we all go to the same church, are both seminary families, Lana and Laney are six months apart, Rachael and I have playdates with the girls, esp while the daddies are at work, and we both just added a fourth member to our family. This montage makes me tear up a little, knowing our seminary journey is almost done and seeing how faithful our God is and has been in this phase of life growing our family and providing sweeet lifelong friendships. Also, seeing how big Laney is will always make me tear up. I just love my family and friends! I hope you enjoy!

What a wonderful day!! You made me tear up at the end of the post....God is SO GOOD to have brought the Carson's into our life. Just grateful.
