Last week the Carsons headed to Himmel Hof, a Carson mountain house for all the family to share. We took some friends(Caleb & Kimberly Holland and Joey & Page Craft) with us and had a blast. Oh yeah, and you can't forget Daisy. She rode in the back of the truck in her crate while we slammed 5 adults and one baby in a HUGE carseat into our truck cab(that has a mini-back seat mind you). We had a great time chilling in the beautiful mountains, cooking/eating with friends, playing games and doing nothing but eating FATTY trail mix and gaining some lbs! Ha! Here are some pictures. Taking Daisy out one morning to use the bathroom. Talk about a beautiful place to walk your dog! This was my only time taking her outside. Between Hugh, Joey and Caleb, Daisy definitely had her chance to use the bathroom, mark her territory and enjoy all of the new scents. Joey even went on a run one morning with Daisy. She was toasted after that jog.

What's this, you ask? It's a homemade antenna! Ha! The guys just HAD to watch some basketball games last Thursday night and all they had to work with was a normal antenna. Joey, being a Tech grad, used some of his tech skillzzzzzz and rigged up a funky antenna that brought the picture in so much more smoothly. He connected it to the metal window frame. The guys were pretty happy about the clear picture.

Wow, Laney's hair really looks red in some of those pictures. You all are so beautiful, and your trip to the mountains looks like so much fun! But was that a plastic pink flamingo I saw in the yard? Ha - that wasn't expected.
