I have to tell ya, picking up eggs with Laney's for the first time yesterday brought so much joy to my heart. Seeing her realize the "game" of hunting, finding and capturing the pastel-colored eggs and putting them in her basket was so much fun. She gathered about two dozen eggs all by herself. We thought it was so funny how she would get so excited after finding an egg that when she saw another egg, she tried to pick it up with the same hand that already had an egg in it. She then realized that she had to RELEASE the first egg into the basket in order to pick up the next one.
We have so many pictures to share with you that we're having a hard time picking the best ones. So, I'll post some highlights and then provide a little slideshow below for you to see them all without me spending half a day uploading them to the blog. :)

Oh, wow - that dress of Laney's is AMAZING!!! HOW ADORABLE!!! I love it, Hollie. And, (insert loud whistle), you are looking HOT! Ha, ha.
In all seriousness, I praise God for the amazing things He is doing in your family. You all are truly blessed and I rejoice with you in all God has given you. I pray with you that Laney would grow an equal excitement for searching out the way of the Lord and finding the joy and peace that comes from Him.
