Massive Explosion of Pics

I'm sorry for the massive explosion of pictures that await you in this post. For the picture-lover, you'll love this post. I'll try to space them out next time. I just can't help myself!

Finally, Laney has reached Bumbo status! Look at how cute she is sitting up in that chair! She looks so much older than 3 1/2 months. This first picture was taken RIGHT when we put her in the chair. She doesn't know WHAT to think. (Look at how sweet my Daisy-girl is toward Laney. I just love Daisy. She's SUCH a good dog.) As you probably already know, the Bumbo chair is for babies from 3 months to 14 months and it's supposed to help strengthen her neck and back muscles, preparing her to sit up by herself. Plus, mothers LOVE them since you can do your chores/cooking as long as you are nearby.

This next picture is of her in the swing and one I forgot to post from a week or two ago. I absolutely LOVE this daisy outfit. She looks pretty good in yellow as well, which must have come from Hugh because I SHO NUFF don't look good in "yeller."

Here are some more cuties. Can I see a hand in favor of this warm weather with which we're getting blessed?! Mercy, I'm loving seeing my baby girl's little feet!

Hugh decided to shave his beard into an Amish one. I've been calling him a leprechaun here lately.

Laney is now getting aggressive with her animals on her mobile. She not only acknowledges them and taps them like she did in the beginning, she now rears back and hits them hard! She tugs on them, squeals at them, and now she's pulling the knots out of their "cord tails". See pic below.

My mom (Hollie's Mom) came up to visit last weekend. My grandmother and my Aunt Joan(both on my mom's side) drove down for a night. It was the first time Laney met her Great-Grandma.

(Here's Aunt Joan, my mom's sister of 10 years difference.)

Hugh and I donated to the Fire Station in our little town and we got a family pic out of it. We didn't think it was going to be a big deal or anything, but this picture is an 8 x 10 on canvas! This was taken the beginning of Feb, so Laney was around 2 months or so.

Laney's first hair barrette!!! Her hair is getting so long in the back (except for the bald spot she got by turning her head left and right when she had to burp while laying down. She just recently started doing this. I'll have to get a shot of it soon.)

Laney is so cute - those big eyes! I love the daisy outfit too. Yes I agree with Bethany - little girls clothes are so cute! I am so excited to be getting lots of blue things now...though the only design on blue things is modes of transportation! ha! That's fine :) JONI

Laney is absolutely precious! Don't you just love the Bumbo! I was getting things done in the kitchen until Rylan started trying to weasel his way out. Now I'm afraid to leave him in it for too long. Rylan is 5 1/2 months. He is such a little guy. I guess he gets that honestly. We are hoping to get up there in the next month, so maybe our little ones can play together!
Love,
Dustin and Erin
