I forgot to post these pics below. These are pictures of when Hugh's brother Matt saw Laney for the first time in February when Laney was 2 months and 1 week old.

The Bumbo-Update: So...I forgot to mention in the last post that when we put Laney in the bumbo for the FIRST time the other day, she started to buck out of the seat by arching her back MAJORLY! I am convinced that Laney is ahead of her time b/c she's only 3.5 months and is the strongest, little baby I've EVER seen!!!! But if you look back at the pics, you'll see that she needs to improve a bit on her tummy muscles to stay upright. From what I've read and from what others are telling me, Tummy Time is of utmost importance right now. So, That's what we're going to focus on every time she's awake. She's such an active little thang... Most of the time she gets upset when we make her sit in our laps. She wants to stand and climb our bellies. She sitting in my lap right now as I type this, getting her morning exercise as her little feet are pushing off the desk in front of us.
Laney is drooling and gnawing on everything. I know that teething is quite a few months away. and I praise the Lord for that. I'm liking where we are now and we need to master what we're doing now before moving onto teething. Besides, I'm enjoying her gummy smiles more than ever!! :)
Our Little Drama Queen: Turns out that Laney is loving expressing herself through squeals and shrieks while sitting in her swing or talking to her animals on the mobile. It's HILARIOUS. I think she surprises herself all too often at how loud she is! Prepare yourself now Hugh, having two Drama Queens in the house is going to be a wild ride!
Hair: Like I said earlier, Laney has rubbed a bald spot on the back of her head. She'll turn her head side to side when she has to burp, and if she's laying down....off goes the hair. It's okay though, her little bald spot is so cute. Look for it in the video below.
Rolling Over: I know that when Laney first rolled over a month ago at 2 1/2 months, we did not post a video because we didn't have the capability to do so. Now we do, so there's a clip of her rolling over in the 3 1/2 month video.

Hollie, you have a precious little girl. I LOVE the music with your montage - a BEAUTIFUL song.
Hey Hollie, I toally love the video, soooo cute. Well, the teething thing happened earlier in my house, actually Caleb has his two bottom teeth already...can you believe that? Gideon's didn't come through till he was 7 or 8 months old and suddenly Caleb's popped through about two weeks ago...ugh. So the sleep I was getting all night has now been interupted by teething. So enjoy that sleep...it may not last long. Ha!! Love ya!
tell sweet laney her best friend sends her love and will be over for another play date soon. :)
Just beautiful! I love the first picture in the video. Her eyes are so big and pretty.
