Upon waking up: Below is the video of Laney seeing accumulated snow for the first time (that she can remember).
Playing in the Snow (Part One): (Hugh was still sleeping from getting in from work at 2:30 am. I couldn't wait any longer and just HAD to take Laney out to play! More pics to come with the whole family. )

This next picture cracks me up! LOL. I asked Laney if she wanted to make a snow angel and of course, she agreed, even though she didn't know what a snow angel was. I laid her down in the snow, and I could tell she was excited to see what was next.....until the snow flakes started to fall on her face. And at that point, the cries started. I quickly made her angel wings. She DID NOT like the snow flakes falling on her face. I just HAD to capture this moment. One day she'll laugh at this picture. Can you see her angel wings?

Ah!! We're so jealous!! No snow in Loganville :( Looks like ya'll had fun and I'm still laughing at the snow angel picture!! Enjoy your winter weather!
2nd time today that we are on the same page: have you seen the picture i added of abby doing the same thing--crying when the snow started falling in her eyes while making her first ever snow angel, too?! so funny that we both captures that moment with our little ones.
