This This past weekend, Hugh, myself, Caleb & Kimberly Holland headed to the peaks of the North Carolina Mountains! We had a blast!! Hugh's family has a cabin out in Little Switzerland, NC, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and we felt so blessed to retreat to and be soothed by the beauty of that place! The cabin was named "Himmel Hof" many years ago, which means "Heavenly Home." How heavenly the beauty of those mountains are! While we were there, we enjoyed the perks of satellite television, (since at home we have bunny ears), played a few games of the all-time Carson cabin tradition "Croquet", enjoyed cruising the breezy, shady Blue Ridge Parkway, the cool temperatures (being around 4,000 feet high), and we can't forget the view from the back deck (see pictures below)!! It's breathtaking!!

Hugh and Hollie: The mountains are beautiful. Hollie, you look so much like your mom. I will be praying for your counts to go up. All things are possible with Christ and praise God he gives us STRENTH.
