The next two pictures are of my incredible friends! I think there were 22 people total in that room! I love each and every one of them and am so thankful for their godly friendship.

Here's the most unique and creative bow I've ever received. Hugh and I couldn't unravel it after getting home, so we'll have to just cut the wire. Here I am all glassy eyed after that sweet, sweet prayer time that sent tears streaming down my face. Oh, the blessing!

Steph and I opening gifts. Stephanie was so great to pick up all the trash and every bow/thing that fell to the ground. Dawn was on the floor next to Stephanie writing down who each gift was from.

No, I hadn't already eaten. This is an empty stomach pregnant belly. You should have seen me AFTER I ate my fill.
Mm! If you only KNEW how good this food was. That Angus Barn Chocolate Chess Pie, the homemade salsa, the strawberry pretzel salad, the spinach and artichoke dip, and the little sweet cakes were so stink'n good. I wanted to take it all home and make it last for days. I ate until my heart's content.
To see all of those wonderful, sweet friends in one room, to eat the most incredible homemade food by Stephanie Lyon and Dawn Gunnels, to hear my friends pray over me and my pregnancy, to read a prayer calender made just for me and Baby until the end of the pregnancy, and to be overwhelmed by their generosity was what put me on cloud nine for days! I guess with having my second baby, I just assumed there would be no baby showers. What a blessing to have friends want to do this for me! Thank you for the best shower! I felt so loved.
