Favorite Memory

I wish I had had my camera today when this "favorite memory" happened. I was getting ready for small group and going from one bathroom to the other. Laney was my shadow and followed me into our bathroom. I quickly rushed to the other bathroom to get something, when seconds later, I heard Laney walking through the house kinda whining. She wasn't crying, but I could tell something was bothering her. She sounds just like that when she gets her hands dirty or something on her feet. So, I was expecting something to that effect. Before I even had time to go see what was bothering her, I turned around and she was there. She looked up at me and all I could see was beige liquid foundation splattered ALL over her face, mainly over her right eye, as well as on her shirt. I immediately smiled and giggled to myself. "Where is the camera?!" I thought. We were running late, and I didn't have time to hunt it down. Her right eye looked so small peeping out of the layers of foundation that covered every bit of skin all the way to the inside corner of her eye. Ha! The expression she had on was the absolute cutest. She had no idea what had just happened. LOL! What a precious memory!
