Laney is SUCH a hoot! We are ALWAYS getting tickled by her cute little phrases she tries to say, but mainly from her expressions and running around showing off. She understands pretty much everything now. She even understands some things in Spanish and is responding to both English and Spanish in some words. She'll pick up a word, even if we've only said it once. The other day she heard Nana say "people" and she immediately said with pride"People!" It sounded so clear and so perfect. I couldn't believe how quickly she copied Nana. But more than anything, Laney is still singing like a bird. And let me just tell you, she sings really well. She doesn't miss a beat and is always in tune. This girl has some type of musical talent ready to blossom within the next few years. And I can't believe I haven't yet posted a video of her doing this. She's been singing like this since well before she was a year and a half. She's been singing a while. I have her ABC video coming up. I finally was able to capture it last week and I'm ready to get it posted. I just have to upload it.
